Rated for 350 pound load capacity. Pre-assembled, contains installation kit and instructions. Extra corner bracing keeps stairway frame square. Full width door hinge for strength and durability. EZ-Hang Strap system acts as temporary supports for quick and easy installation. Installation kit includes EZ-Hang Strap system, 36" pull cord, 4 support straps,  eight 7/8" roofing nails, 2 aluminum feet, two 3/4" bolts, two 3/4" lock nuts with washers, eyebolt with nut and washer, 2 nut and washer, pole hook, wood door, and installation instructions. Not for homes with roof trusses unless engineer is consulted for approval. "F" suffix = Canada compliant.
